Instructions for use
- Reheating: place the closed pouch in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds at 600W. Check the fluidity, extend in 10-second increments if needed.
- Kneading: knead the pouch between your hands to homogenize the texture after heating.
- Fluidity test: try a drip on the edge of a bowl. The drip should stop 2-3 cm from the edge without reaching the bottom.
- Application: hold the pouch above the cooled cake, press slowly to create the drip around the edge. Work on a well-chilled cake for immediate setting.
- Finishing: fill the top if necessary with a warmed spatula. Refrigerate 15 minutes to set the drip before decorating.
- Storage: the remaining pouch can be kept at room temperature for 1 month after opening. Reseal with a clip or transfer to an airtight jar.

The secret to a successful drip cake: a perfectly cold cake (just out of the fridge, set icing) + a Choco Drip at the right temperature (fluid but not hot). If the Choco Drip is too hot, the drips will slide all the way down the cake. If it is too cold, they won’t drip. The bowl test: the drip should stop at 2-3 cm. If it continues lower, wait 1 to 2 minutes for it to warm slightly before applying.
