Moulded snowy landscape, integrated decoration
The Snowy log cake mould imprints a decoration of snow-covered fir trees and footprints directly onto the surface of the dessert: the finished piece comes out of the mould already decorated. Made in Italy and backed by a lifetime warranty, it is part of Silikomart's signature log cake mould collection.

Uses
- Pour in a smooth mousse and freeze it thoroughly: the landscape remains intact when unmolded
- Use white or ivory velvet spray to turn the relief into snow, then add a veil of powdered sugar
- Reserve mirror glaze for versions without relief
- Vanilla, chestnut, pear, or white chocolate continue the winter theme; see Let it Snow
Please note: Since the decoration is on top of the log cake, assemble the preparation right-side up: sponge at the bottom of the mould, unlike the classic inverted assembly.
