Frequently asked questions

How do you make a two-digit age?
Order the two corresponding digits, for example a 1 and an 8 for 18 years, and place them side by side with a little space between them on top of the cake.

Is the gold crown edible?
No, the whole item is a decorative candle. Remove it before cutting the cake; it is not edible.

Will the candle stay upright on a cream cake?
Yes, its stem easily pushes into buttercream or ganache. On a very smooth finish, insert the stem straight for good stability.
