Can bread dough be kneaded with this hand mixer?
This is not recommended: the hooks are designed for light doughs (pound cake, cake batter), not dense bread dough. For bread dough, a stand mixer with a dough hook is more suitable.
Are the attachments dishwasher-safe?
Yes, the removable beaters and dough hooks are dishwasher-safe. The motor unit must never be immersed; wipe it with a damp cloth.
How do I change the attachment?
The ejection button on top of the appliance releases the beaters or dough hooks with one press, without having to pull them out by hand.
