Uses
Pour a thin layer of tempered chocolate or crémeux into each mold, smooth it out, and chill until set before placing the disc on the iced pastry. For embossing, apply the mold to a still-soft surface, press evenly, then remove it in one continuous motion for a crisp pattern.
