Two to three drops per 100 g of fat are generally enough to achieve a pastel Lilac shade. Add a drop at a time and mix before adding more: the color builds quickly on a white base.
Lilac is an oil-based coloring formulated for fatty preparations: melted white, dark or milk chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache and buttercream.
