Colour Mill Baby Pink Oil-Based Food Coloring 100 ml
Baby Pink shade, Pro 100 ml size for fat-based mixtures
Colour Mill Baby Pink evokes rosy children's cheeks and peach blossoms in spring. This concentrated, oil-based food coloring is designed for fat-based baking mixtures: melted white chocolate, ganache, buttercream, and fondant. The 100 ml bottle is intended for workshops with regular production: for the same volume, it costs around 35% less per ml than the 20 ml bottle. It's a popular choice among cake designers for baby shower girl layer cakes with whipped ganache and family celebration cupcakes topped with cascading swirls.

Ingredients and allergens
Ingredients: Humectant: E422, vegetable oil (rapeseed), color: E120, emulsifiers: E322, E433.
Note: The 100 ml size is worthwhile if you make several colored batches per week; for occasional use or testing a shade, the 20 ml bottle is a better fit.
Frequently asked questions
Does this coloring work in melted chocolate?
Yes, that's its main use: it's formulated for fat-based mixtures (white chocolate, ganache, cocoa butter) and disperses without lumps in a warm, melted mixture.
How many drops should I use for 250 g of mixture?
Use 2 to 4 drops for a pastel shade, 5 to 10 drops for a vivid shade, and up to 20 drops for a dark shade. It's best to add it gradually.
Is it normal for the contents to separate in the 100 ml bottle?
Yes, slight separation between the pigment and carrier liquid is normal during prolonged storage: shake for 10 seconds before each use.
