Pavoni red mirror glaze spray is a ready-to-use 280 g can of glaze intended for professional use. It gives entremets and glazed cakes a glossy mirror finish without any preparation: simply shake the can and spray an even layer.

Directions for use
- If the can has been stored below 17 °C, leave it at room temperature for at least 2 hours before use, or place it under lukewarm water for a few seconds.
- Shake the can well.
- Spray an even layer over the surface from a distance of 20-25 cm.
Precautions: pressurised container; may burst if heated. Keep out of reach of children and away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
