Colour Mill Candy Pink Sugar Paste is a professional-quality, ready-to-use sugar paste colored throughout: a bright, vivid candy pink, deeper than a classic pastel pink. It has a pliable texture and controlled elasticity, and rolls out smoothly without cracking or tearing.
The 250g size is designed for accent decorations, modeled flowers, and individual projects rather than covering an entire cake. It can be worked without sticking excessively to the work surface and retains its properties for several weeks after opening when sealed properly.

Instructions
- Take the paste out 30 minutes before use to bring it to room temperature, then knead it between your hands for 1 to 2 minutes to soften it
- Roll it out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar or cornstarch: 3 mm thick for covering, 2 mm for fine decorations
- Place it on a cold cake (with set ganache or buttercream), smooth it from the top down the sides using a smoother in circular motions; wrap any remaining paste tightly and store it in an airtight container

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, water, glycerol, corn starch, thickeners: E415, E405, color: E122, natural flavoring (vanilla), preservative: E202.
Please note: The cake must be completely cold and smooth before covering: soft ganache or buttercream can cause the paste to slip or become marked. Remove any remaining air bubbles with a fine needle rather than pressing the surface.
