Colour Mill Baby Pink Fondant is a professional-quality, ready-to-use fondant, colored throughout: a soft, delicate pastel pink, lighter than the range's candy pink. Its texture is pliable, with controlled elasticity, and it rolls out smoothly without cracking or tearing.
The 250g size is designed for small decorative details, modeled flowers, and individual projects rather than covering an entire cake. It can be worked without sticking excessively to the work surface and retains its properties for several weeks after opening if sealed tightly.

Instructions
- Take the fondant out 30 minutes before use to bring it to room temperature, then knead it between your hands for 1 to 2 minutes to soften it
- Roll it out on a work surface lightly dusted with powdered sugar or cornstarch: 3 mm thick for covering, 2 mm for fine decorations
- Place it on a cold cake (ganache or set buttercream), then smooth from the top down the sides in circular motions with a fondant smoother; cover the remaining fondant with plastic wrap in direct contact and store in an airtight container

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, water, glycerol, corn starch, thickeners: E415, E405, color: E122, natural flavor (vanilla), preservative: E202.
Please note: The cake must be completely cold and smooth before covering: soft ganache or buttercream can cause the fondant to slip or leave marks. Remove any remaining air bubbles with a fine needle rather than pressing the surface.
