This water-based food coloring is designed for water-based baking mixtures: royal icing, water-based glazes, syrups, meringues, and macarons. It is often used for royal icing on birthday cupcakes for children with a sky and clouds theme, and for cookies at family celebrations for boys.

- Concentrated water-soluble food coloring for water-based mixtures: royal icing, water-based glazes, syrups, meringues, and macarons
- Not suitable for fat-based mixtures (chocolate, ganache, cocoa butter): water causes chocolate to seize

- Color remains stable after the royal icing has dried completely (about 24 hours), with no change in shade

Directions for use
- Shake the bottle before use and mix into a base at room temperature (18 to 22°C)
- Typical dosage: 2 to 4 drops per 250 g for a pastel shade, up to 20 drops for a dark shade
- Mix, then let stand for 15 minutes before adjusting the shade if needed
- To color chocolate or ganache, use the Colour Mill oil-based range, not this water-soluble coloring
