Colour Mill Purple Choco Drip is ready-to-use flowing chocolate colored a rich purple throughout, ranging from plum to lilac depending on the thickness of the drip. It creates an instantly recognizable festive effect around the edge of a cake.
Packaged in a 125 g squeeze pouch with a pouring nozzle, it heats up in seconds and can be applied directly without any additional preparation.

Instructions
- Warm the sealed pouch in 10-second intervals in the microwave (or in a bain-marie over low heat) until smooth and lump-free
- Test on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a well-chilled cake, gently squeezing from the edge outward, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip

Please note: Warm in short 10-second intervals rather than all at once: overheating makes the drip too runny, causing it to slide down to the cake board. The cake should be taken out of the refrigerator with the outer frosting already set, so the drip stops cleanly.
