Do 3D sprinkles stay on whipped cream?
Yes, but add them at the last moment: moisture from whipped cream will eventually cause the colors to bleed after a few hours. They hold up much better on buttercream or ganache.
Can these sprinkles be baked?
They are designed for decorating after baking. In the oven, the raised pieces may melt or lose their color.
How many cupcakes can you decorate with a 70 g jar?
Allow about 2 to 3 g per cupcake for a generous finish, enough for around 20 to 30 cupcakes per jar.
