The Gelato PX3235S kit, designed by Fabrizio Fiorani, combines 11 ice cream-shaped cavities (55 mm in diameter, 52 mm high) and 11 cone-shaped cavities (55 mm in diameter, 36 mm high). When assembled, the two parts form an individual portion of approximately 120 ml, on a 300 x 175 mm tray.
