Your questions, our advice
Can the 3D mold be used in the oven?
No, it is used to mold cold preparations (mousse, crémeux) that will be frozen and then unmolded. Only the micro-perforated ring is oven-safe for baking the tart shell.
How do you get a clean spiral?
Pour the mixture in at room temperature, tap the mold lightly to release air bubbles, then freeze for at least 3 hours before unmolding.
