Colour Mill Orange Oil-Soluble Food Coloring 100 ml
Orange shade, Pro 100 ml size for fat-based mixtures
Colour Mill Orange evokes the peel of blood oranges and autumn pumpkins. This concentrated oil-soluble food coloring is designed for fat-based baking mixtures: melted white chocolate, ganache, buttercream and fondant. The 100 ml bottle is ideal for workshops with regular production: for the same volume, it costs about 35% less per ml than the 20 ml bottle. It’s a natural choice for signature Halloween layer cakes made in batches, autumn-themed cupcakes and harvest celebrations.

Yes, the shade remains stable up to 180 °C and does not lighten after baking, unlike many standard liquid food colorings.
Should I adjust the amount according to the quantity of mixture?
Yes, the suggested amount is for 250 g of mixture: proportionally double or triple the number of drops for larger quantities.
How should I store the 100 ml bottle after opening?
Close tightly after each use, store away from light between 15 and 22 °C, and use within 12 months to preserve the pigment's intensity.
