Mint is an oil-soluble food coloring by Colour Mill in a 100 ml format, the large size in the range designed for professional use or regular production in a workshop, unlike the 20 ml bottle, which is more suited to occasional use. Its fresh, bright mint-green shade blends directly into fatty mixtures without affecting their texture or setting.

How many drops should I use to achieve the Mint shade?
Two to three drops per 100 g of fat are generally enough to achieve a pastel Mint shade. Add drop by drop and mix before adding more: the color builds quickly on a white base.
Is this Mint colorant compatible with fondant or royal icing?
Mint is an oil-soluble colorant formulated for fatty preparations: melted white, dark or milk chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache and buttercream. It is not designed for water-based preparations such as royal icing or fondant mixed with water, where it will not disperse properly: reserve it for fatty bases, especially for Easter decorations and spring creations.
Is Mint colorant heat-resistant?
Being oil-soluble, Mint is designed to be mixed into hot melted chocolate or warm ganache without affecting setting or texture, making it suitable for Easter decorations and spring creations.
