Vivid, electric pink shade with high coverage
Hot Pink is a 100 ml Colour Mill oil-soluble food coloring, the large size in the range designed for professional use or regular production, unlike the 20 ml bottle, which is intended more for occasional use. Its vivid, electric pink shade with high coverage blends directly into fat-based preparations without affecting their texture or setting.
Ingredients: Humectant: E422, vegetable oil (rapeseed), color: E120, emulsifiers: E322, E433.
Use about four to six drops per 100 g of fat for a vivid Hot Pink shade. Gradually add it to melted chocolate or lukewarm buttercream, mixing between each addition.
Hot Pink Oil-Soluble Food Coloring is formulated for fat-based preparations: melted white, dark or milk chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache and buttercream. It is not designed for water-based preparations such as royal icing or fondant mixed with water, where it will not disperse properly: reserve it for fat-based mixtures, especially for children's birthday cakes and Valentine's Day decorations.
The Hot Pink bottle's dropper cap allows precise drop-by-drop dosing, making it easy to reproduce the same shade from one batch to the next for children's birthday cakes and Valentine's Day decorations.
