Colour Mill Baby Pink Oil-Based Food Coloring 100 ml
Baby Pink shade, Pro 100 ml size for fatty bases
Colour Mill Baby Pink evokes rosy children's cheeks and peach blossoms in spring. This concentrated oil-based food coloring is designed for fatty baking bases: melted white chocolate, ganache, buttercream and sugar paste. The 100 ml bottle is aimed at workshops with regular production: for the same volume, it costs about 35% less per ml than the 20 ml bottle. It is a popular choice among cake designers for baby shower girl layer cakes with whipped ganache and cascading rosette cupcakes for family celebrations.

Your questions, our advice
Does this food coloring work in melted chocolate?
Yes, that’s its primary use: it’s formulated for fat-based mixtures (white chocolate, ganache, cocoa butter) and disperses without lumps in a warm, melted mixture.
How many drops for 250 g of mixture?
Use 2 to 4 drops for a pastel shade, 5 to 10 drops for a vibrant shade, and up to 20 drops for a dark shade. It’s best to add gradually.
There’s separation in the 100 ml bottle. Is this normal?
Yes, slight separation between the pigment and carrier liquid is normal after prolonged storage: shake for 10 seconds before each use.
