Can this violet food coloring diluted in cocoa butter be used with an airbrush or a paintbrush?
Yes, diluted in melted cocoa butter, this liquid coloring can be used to paint with a brush or spray with a spray gun onto unmolded chocolate, provided the mixture is filtered thoroughly to prevent any residue.
Can violet be mixed with other shades in the liquid fat-soluble range?
Yes, the liquid colorings in this range can be mixed together to create intermediate shades; it is recommended to test the mixture on a small amount before coloring the entire batch.
