Is this lemon yellow suitable for coloring chocolate?
No. This water-soluble coloring is intended for water-based preparations. For chocolate or fat-based mixtures, an oil-soluble coloring is required.
What dosage should I use for a more or less intense yellow?
The maximum recommended dosage is 9.58 g/kg of finished product. A small amount is enough for a pastel yellow; increase gradually for a brighter yellow.
Can this yellow coloring be used to create orange or golden shades?
Yes, combined with Pavoni red it produces orange tones, and combined with a small touch of brown it creates more golden yellows. Always test on a small quantity before final application.
