Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
Is Vivid Red suitable for a highly saturated red that won't turn orange?
Yes. Its E129-concentrated formula delivers a vivid, stable red without an orange tint, even at a low dosage.
How do I incorporate the food coloring for an even color?
Dissolve a small amount in a little water or syrup before adding it to the mixture to prevent lumps and ensure even distribution.
How much should I use for an intense shade?
This food coloring is highly concentrated: start with the tip of a knife or a few tenths of a gram, then gradually adjust to the desired intensity, without exceeding the regulatory dosage indicated on the label.
