Colour Mill Choco Drip Red is a ready-to-use, deep, intense red drip chocolate that is coloured throughout and stays stable after cooling. It creates clean, even drips around the edge of a cake in just a few minutes.
Packaged in a 125 g spouted pouch, it heats up in seconds and can be applied directly, with no tempering or manual measuring.

Recommended uses

Instructions
- Reheat the closed piping bag in 10-second bursts in the microwave (or in a bain-marie over low heat) until smooth and fluid
- Test on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a well-chilled cake, gently squeezing from the edge outward, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip

Will the red drip stay vibrant after the cake is baked?
Apply the drip after baking, directly onto the cooled cake: the shade you see during application is the final shade, with no change caused by the oven heat.
Do you need several coats for a well-saturated red?
No, one coat is generally enough. The saturation depends mainly on the application speed and the temperature of the cake, not on the number of coats.
Can this red drip stain white fondant?
Yes, like any colored chocolate, it may slightly stain a light-colored surface with prolonged contact. Apply it to a glaze that has already set and wipe away any drips quickly.
