Colour Mill Natural White Choco Drip is a ready-to-use pouring chocolate, formulated to create clean, even drips around the edge of a cake (the drip cake technique). Its shade remains warm and bright, close to melted white chocolate, without turning yellow once set.
Packaged in a flexible 125 g pouch with a pouring spout, it warms in just a few seconds and can be applied directly, with no tempering or measuring required.

Instructions
- Warm the sealed pouch in 10-second bursts in the microwave (or in a bain-marie over low heat) until smooth and lump-free
- Test it on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a very cold cake, gently squeezing from the edge outward, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip
