The Snowy log cake mold imprints a scene of snow-covered fir trees and tracks in the snow directly onto the dessert's surface: it comes out of the mold already decorated. Made in Italy and guaranteed for life, it is one of Silikomart's signature log cake molds.

Uses
- Pour in a smooth mousse and freeze until solid: the landscape emerges intact when unmolded
- White or ivory velvet spray turns the relief into snow, followed by a dusting of powdered sugar
- Reserve mirror glaze for the smooth versions
