Recommended uses

  • Fondant and marzipan: knead for 5 to 8 minutes, then let rest for 30 to 60 minutes for the final color
  • Buttercream and royal icing: add at the end of whipping and mix for 2 minutes at medium speed
  • Ideal for a baby shower, a baby cake, nursery-themed decorations, or a summer sky in fondant
  • It can also be diluted in a drop of water for airbrushing or painting on dried fondant

Measure with the tip of a toothpick and add gradually: the color generally deepens after 15 to 60 minutes of resting, depending on the medium.
