Colour Drops Pink is a 20 ml oil-soluble colouring in a dropper bottle, made with rapeseed oil and carmine, for a soft pink shade in chocolate and fat-based preparations.

Recommended uses
- Pink couverture chocolate for bonbons and moulded decorations
- Ganaches and buttercreams with a fat-based composition
- Cocoa butter for airbrushing, creating a pink cloud effect
- Cake pops and chocolate-coated lollipops
Dosage: add drop by drop to lukewarm melted chocolate, mixing between each addition until the desired shade is reached.
