Colour Mill Choco Drip Purple is ready-to-use flowing chocolate, coloured throughout in a rich purple shade ranging from plum to lilac depending on the thickness of the drip. It creates an immediately recognisable festive effect around the edge of a cake.
Packaged in a flexible 125 g pouch with a pouring nozzle, it heats in just a few seconds and can be applied directly without any additional preparation.

Instructions
- Heat the sealed pouch in 10-second intervals in the microwave (or in a bain-marie over low heat) until you achieve a smooth, fluid texture without lumps
- Test it on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a very cold cake, gently squeezing from the edge outward, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip
Please note: heat in short 10-second intervals rather than all at once: heating for too long makes the drip too runny, causing the drips to slide down to the cake board. The cake should be taken straight from the refrigerator, with the outer icing already set, so the drip stops cleanly.
