With no noticeable odor or taste, it is suitable for premium finishes on sugar paste, chocolate, macarons and dry icing.

Uses
- Brush on dry over sugar paste, tempered chocolate, macarons or dry royal icing for an instant lustrous gold finish.
- As an edible paint, diluted with a little neutral food-grade alcohol, for fine lines and intense shine.
- Brush inside a piping bag before filling for a two-tone effect when piping buttercream.
- Dab onto fresh buttercream with a brush for scattered gold accents, without rubbing the surface.
