Instructions for use

Pour the desired amount into a microwave-safe container.

Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each heating.

Handle with gloves: isomalt becomes very hot.

Wait for bubbling to stop, then pour into a mold or onto a non-stick surface.

To smooth edges: briefly heat with a torch.
