Instructions for use

Pour the desired amount into a microwave-safe container.

Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

Use gloves: isomalt becomes extremely hot.

Wait for bubbling to stop, then pour into a mold or work with it.

To smooth edges, briefly pass the flame of a torch.
