Your questions, our advice
Can this powder replace liquid food coloring for sugar paste?
No, it is designed for dry surface application or painting, not for coloring the dough throughout.
How can I create a realistic gradient on a petal?
Apply Blueberry around the edge of the petal, then blend toward the center with a clean brush to create a smooth transition.
Will the color hold on already-dry fondant?
Yes, the powder adheres well to a dry, matte surface, which is ideal for this type of application.
