Instructions
Knead the sugar paste well until it is smooth and elastic. Roll it out on a thin layer of icing sugar to 2-3 mm thickness. Turn it regularly to prevent sticking. To cover a round cake 20 cm in diameter, allow about 500 g of fondant.
