How can I prevent the fondant from cracking when covering a cake?
Knead the fondant for 2 to 3 minutes to soften it before rolling. Roll it out to 4–5 mm thick on a surface dusted with icing sugar and smooth from the centre towards the edges without trapping air bubbles. If it cracks, smooth it with your finger and a drop of water.
Do all the shades in this multipack contain glitter?
No: Shimmering Rose, Sparkling Gold and Twinkling Green contain genuine edible glitter, while Bright White and Pastel Pink are plain.
