Use
Use 1 dose per 1 kg of preparation or 1 liter of liquid. Melt the gem into crème anglaise, pastry cream, ganache, or an ice cream base, or grate it directly over a hot preparation, a plated dessert, or a savory dish (fish, scallops, roasted vegetables).
Tip: cocoa butter melts from 35°C; incorporate the gem into a hot liquid and whisk to distribute the vanilla seeds evenly.
Storage
Store in its original packaging, in a dry place away from light and heat. Reseal the sachet after opening.
