Recommended use

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Roll out on a work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar (thickness: 2-3 mm).

To cover a round cake of 20 cm diameter, count about 500 g of sugar paste.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark place between 15°C and 20°C.
