The Pasta Top Saracino Sugar Paste in 250g size offers the best hold in hot and humid conditions. Designed for demanding decorators, it is easy to work with while ensuring extreme application fineness, up to 1 mm thickness.
A technical and reliable dough
This 250g size is perfect for small decorations, pink-themed cakes, or creative tests. It retains its strength and elasticity properties, even during temperature or humidity spikes.
Heat resistant, without softening
Unlike other sugar pastes that sweat or stick from 25°C, Pasta Top Saracino remains stable above 30°C. Just knead it by hand for 2 minutes or warm it for a few seconds in the microwave (700W) to make it perfectly pliable.
