Usage advice
Let the sugar paste reach room temperature before use. Knead vigorously until it is soft and elastic. Roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar or Magic Roll-Out Powder. For a 20 cm round cake, allow about 500 g of sugar paste.
