🍰 Usage :
- Make sure the dough is at room temperature.
- Knead firmly until you obtain a smooth texture.
- Sprinkle your surface with icing sugar.
- Roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
- If cracks appear, knead again until smooth edges.
💡 Tip: For a 20 cm round cake, you will need around 500 g of sugar paste.
