Instructions for use

Bring the dough to room temperature.

Knead firmly until you get an elastic texture.

Roll it out on a work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar (recommended thickness: 2-3 mm).

Turn it a quarter turn regularly to prevent sticking.

Knead again if the edges crack.
