Preparation method

Work with all ingredients at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 150°C (or 140°C for a convection oven).

Place the butter in the bowl and mix for 3 to 4 minutes at low speed with the flat beater.

Add the eggs and the mix, then beat for 5 minutes at medium speed until you get a smooth batter.

Grease a 25 cm cake pan with a release spray (e.g.: Bake Release Spray).

Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 60 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven.

Let cool before unmolding.
