The 1 kg FUNCAKES Muffin Mix lets you prepare soft American-style muffins with just vegetable oil and water. Its neutral base is easy to customize with chocolate, fruit, or dried fruit, making it suitable for regular workshops without being a professional-size package.

Step-by-step preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C in a fan oven).
- Mix 500 g of mix, 200 g of vegetable oil, and 200 ml of water for 5 minutes at low speed.
- Add chocolate, fruit, or nuts as desired to customize the recipe.
- Fill 12 muffin cups and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
- Store the unused sachet in a cool, dry place to preserve its freshness.
Please note: The mix already contains powdered egg: there is no need to add fresh eggs to the recipe, unlike other cake mixes in the FUNCAKES range.
