Instructions for use
The mold is suitable for traditional babas as well as contemporary versions.
- Soak the baba in a flavored syrup, then fill it with fresh fruit or whipped cream
- Also use it for individual portions of entremets or mousses
- Suitable for frozen preparations, with easy unmolding even at low temperatures
- Cut out the base with the included cutter
The mold is oven-, freezer-, and dishwasher-safe, from -60°C to +230°C. Keep it away from direct sunlight to preserve the silicone.
