The Tortina mold comes in three versions to make individual pastry flans, mini tartlets without rings, and savory bites. Silikomart silicone provides clean edges and break-free release, from oven to freezer.

Usage tips
For crispy crusts without a ring, press sweet pastry dough into the molds, prick, and blind bake before filling. For flan versions, fill to the top and bake gently: the silicone limits browning on the edges, extend baking a few minutes if needed. Choose the size according to use: dessert portion at Ø80, bite-sized at Ø40 or Ø50.
