The FB11 is part of the Fiberform range: a platinum silicone reinforced with a technical fiberglass layer, giving it rigidity that flexible silicone does not have while still allowing release without greasing. It goes from the oven to deep-freezing without deforming. 600 x 400 mm gastronorm sheet format, with 48 mini-cylinder cavities.
