Usage tips
Pour the mousse in a continuous stream following the wave pattern to avoid trapping any bubbles in the troughs. The two-tone velvet flocking, applied in a gradient along the waves, enhances the movement. Cut perpendicular to the waves for slices with identical profiles.
Note: freeze perfectly flat: any tilt during setting visually disrupts the waves.
