The Dolce Tartufo is designed for frozen and baked desserts in the shape of a truffle. Its innovative inner edge rounds the base of preparations when unmolding, for parfaits, semifreddos, and small cakes with a smooth silhouette, no edges to touch up.

Usage tips
For the frozen version, pour the parfait, smooth it out, and freeze thoroughly before turning the mold over: the tartufo shape reveals itself as a solid block. For the baked version, let it cool before unmolding to avoid marking the rounded base. A light coat of cocoa velvet spray enhances the truffle effect.
Note: the 120 ml per cavity makes it a true plated dessert portion; for bite-sized pieces, opt for the micro sizes from the same range.
