Usage tips
Pour a perfectly smooth mousse and freeze overnight: the 3D relief does not forgive incomplete freezing. White or glacier blue velvet flocking plays on the frost theme; a few meringue shards and sparkling powder finish the piece without overloading it.
Note: unmold in one continuous motion starting from the ends: deep reliefs release better when unrolled than with vertical pulling.
