Your questions, our advice
Is this template suitable for standard-sized éclairs?
The 24 x 34 mm size is designed for small pastries, such as mini éclairs or ladyfingers. For standard-sized éclairs, a larger template is preferable.
Should the template be placed directly on the baking tray?
It goes under baking paper or a thin silicone mat, which acts as a piping surface. The template itself serves as a guide and is removed before baking.
Can the template be reused many times?
Yes, this is a reusable accessory. Careful cleaning with soapy water after each use will help you keep it for a long time without it warping.
