SARACINO Concentrated Coffee Paste - Perfect for Pastries, Creams, and Ice Creams :
Discover our concentrated coffee paste from the SARACINO brand, a choice ingredient for all your culinary creations. Contained in a resealable 200g jar, this paste will add a rich and flavorful coffee taste to your pastries, creams, and ice creams.
To incorporate it into your cakes such as molly cake or yogurt cake, add 30g of our paste to 500g of cake batter. For the preparation of bavarois mousses, mix 25g of our concentrated coffee paste with 500 ml of fresh cream. Finally, for creams and ice creams, mix 25g per 500g of preparation.
One of the most common challenges when creating different flavors, especially citrus-based ones, is heat stability. Saracino flavors have therefore been developed to offer a consistent flavor that withstands cooking. Our concentrated paste is perfect for cakes, ganaches, macarons, cupcakes, sponges, ice creams, and yogurts.
For optimal use, use 100g of our paste per liter of fresh cream for a mousse, 100g per liter of milk for a bavarois, 120g per kg of product mix for a cake. For ice creams, use 100/120g of paste per kg of mix. Simply mix the flavoring paste with the other ingredients for about a minute to get a perfect blend.
